I am a new immigrant living in Richmond. I was asked by the HOA in the area where I live to do some cleaning and maintenance work on the house. He came to my house in person, learned about the situation, and began to make arrangements. I saw his employees working with my own eyes. 1. Sand the painted area with sandpaper. 2. Smooth the painted area with putty. 3. Paint the whole place. They did every detail well. It was beyond my imagination. Thank you again, Mr. Norman.
